Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow . . .

Well the rain went away and last week surprised us all with warmer than normal weather, clear sunny days, absolutely beautiful weather! The daffodils and crocus even thought so. Valentines Day we awoke with a great surprise! It had snowed overnight. This was an unpredicted surprise but one that was welcomed with many "yahoos" and "all rights" and "this is cool"! Oh yeah, the big one, great, NO SCHOOL!! Luckily enough there was not enough snow for that. Before we left it really started coming down in nice fluffy flakes! I guess we had a cold front move in from Canada combined with the moisture we had made perfect snow conditions for us. We are supposed to have cold weather the rest of this week and snow again Thursday and Friday. We will see if that develops. There is always a lot of hype about it and then it never comes so, we will wait . . .
